Description: Earth is an original acrylic fluid abstract composition with a clean, rustic appeal.

Canvas treatment: Two applications of UV gloss clear coat.

Paint mixture: All the paints contain a mixture of pigment and paint conditioner.

Color Palette

Dominate colors: Titanium White, Indigo mix, Gold, Brown, and Copper.

Contrast: High contrast colors.

Harmonies: Warm and cool colors.

Emotion: Inspires feelings of warmth, while creating a sense of space.

Color blends: Titanium White blends with all the colors.

Technique: Swipe. The paint was poured onto a base layer of white paint, and then the design was created using by swiping the paint across the canvases to reveal cells and lacing effects.

Formations and Shapes

Formations: Lacing or delicate web-like patterns were formed when the paint was swiped across the canvas.

Shapes: Shapes of cellular patterns resembling bubbles flow throughout the three-piece panel.

Texture and Surface Effects:

Surface Texture: Smooth.

Surface Effects: Glossy.

Acrylic painting pours rely on gravity and movement, allowing paint to swirl and blend organically. This lack of control can symbolize emotional release, letting go, or embracing chaos.

You may feel awe, peace, or introspection depending on the flow, contrast, and color palette because abstract forms invite your personal interpretation.
