Description: Crimson Cascade is a powerful, stunning, original acrylic fluid abstract composition. Letting go of control—this pour was all about trusting the flow.

Canvas treatment: Two applications of UV gloss clear coat.

Paint mixture: All the paints contain a mixture of pigment and paint conditioner.

Color Palette

Dominate colors: Mars Black, Red, Orange, Gold.

Contrast: Low contrast colors.

Harmonies: The color harmonies tend to be eye-soothing and have a sense of visual cohesion.

Emotion:  Inspires feelings of warmth and vitality, as well as spiritual enlightenment.

Color blends: Black and Gold. Red and Gold.

Technique: Flip cup. Multiple paint-filled cups were flipped onto the canvases and lifted, allowing paint to spread and form dynamic, wave-like patterns.

Formations: By tilting the canvases, lacing or delicate web-like patterns were formed across the canvases of Crimson Gold Bands.

Shapes: Shapes of cellular patterns flow throughout this three-piece panel.

Texture and Surface Effects:

Surface Texture: Smooth.

Surface Effects: Glossy.

Acrylic painting pours rely on gravity and movement, allowing paint to swirl and blend organically. This lack of control can symbolize emotional release, letting go, or embracing chaos.
